Steep rocky section The Do Drop Trail is accessed from the Sidefoot Trail and the old Halfway House Site. This short side trail is the first three trails to branch off to the right of the Sidefoot Trail. From the very start, this trail begins to climb. It starts off over some larger rocks. The trail heads uphill more after this but does not contain many rocks. The trail now comes to the steepest and hardest part. The trail becomes covered with rocks and roots while going straight up a steep incline.

Smoother section of trail The trail continues the steady rocky climb up a small scramble. It then continues up steeply with a few less rocks and roots on the trail surface. Soon though, the trail isn't quite as steep and becomes less rough going over large flat rocks. Finally when the trail starts to level off though, you are at the end of it. You come up to the Cliff Walk Trail in a wooden section.

When descending... the trail is on the right coming down the Cliff Walk Trail. Being a less used trail it isn't quite as noticeable as others might be. There is a wooden sign on a tree at the top of it though. The trail heads down immediately and can be pretty steep. There is plenty of rocks and roots in places on this trail as well making it one to be careful on. Descending doesn't take too long though and you will soon be to the Sidefoot Trail where you can turn left to head down the mountain.
