Early section of trail The Noble Trail is accessed by the Sidefoot Trail heading up from the old Halfway House Site. This trail is second of three trails that branch off to the right of the Sidefoot Trail. The start of this trail can be a bit hard to see as it starts off by going up over a rock and to the right and the wooden sign is high up in a tree at this spot. From the beginning the trail heads uphill. The trail is smooth to start as well without many rocks. As it continues up, the trail will level out a bit in places and will also go over some big rocks.

Near the end of the trail The middle section of the trail is only moderately steep. While it goes up and over some large smooth rocks in the trail, it steadily gains elevation. As you head up the trail further, the trees will start to open up some letting in more light on sunny days. And after a little bit of climbing up some small sections, you will come out of the tall trees and be out on the open rock. The trail near the top follows up a line of rock that is a little rough to walk on requiring you to watch where you put your feet. After just a short distance of this though, you are at the end of the trail and at the Cliff Walk Trail with a nice view of the summit.

When descending... the trail is on the right side of the Cliff Walk Trail a little below Bald Rock. There is no sign marking the trail, but there is white painted letters on the rock. The trail heads down over the rock and into the trees. At first the trail isn't very steep and has easy terrain. As you continue down the trail will get a little steeper and begin to have some rocks in it. After a short while on the steeper section, you will come down to the Sidefoot Trail where you can head left and continue down the mountain.
